European Youth Championships in Dublin- box offs next week

Thirty eight nations,including Ireland, have registered to compete at the eagerly anticipated 2011 European Youth Championships in Dublin.
The Championships glove off at the Citywest Hotel in Dublin on August 22nd.
The Irish squad for the tournament will be confirmed next week following Box-Offs in the 52Kg, 60Kg, 69Kg and 75Kg weight categories.
Michael McDonagh will meet Cian McMahon in an all-Dublin derby in the lightweight class, while Dean Walsh faces Joe Fitzpatrick at flyweight.
The welterweight and middleweight duels will be contested between Christy Joyce and Michael O’Reilly and Eddie Byrne and Stephen Broadhurst.
The Box-Offs will be held in conjunction with the Open Unseeded Elite Competition which begins next Wednesday evening and will run over four consecutive days.
