York Hall out bout for Bates this weekend

CIARAN Bates will get the York Hall experience this weekend as he fights out side Dublin for the first time as a pro.

The 29 year old lightweight Irish title hopeful will trade leather at the famous London venue and will be looking to push his record to five fights without defeat.

Danail Stanoev will provide the opposition for the Dubliner over four rounds. The Bulgarian lost his first clash as a pro but has won his last two.

Tough Belfast journey man Alec Bazza also appears on the card and will man the away corner against debutant Joe McCory.
