WATCH: Mick Conlan’s switch-hitting padwork
Mick Conlan [3(3)-0] is back in California and deep in preparations for his fourth pro fight.
The Belfast super bantam fights on Friday September 22nd at the Tuscon Convention Centre in Arizona, on a big Top Rank card.
The card is headlined by a world title double header, with WBO super middleweight champion Gilberto Ramirez defending against Jessie Hart and WBO featherweight champ Oscar Valdez defending against Genesis Servania, while Conlan appears on the undercard in a six-round affair.
Conlan recently spent some time back in Ireland following his win on the Pacquiao-Horn undercard in Brisbane, but is now back on the U.S. West Coast and back training with Manny Robles at The Rock Gym in Carson.
This afternoon the 2015 World Amateur champion posted a quick clip of him on the pads with Robles, impressively switching from southpaw to orthodox throughout.
