WATCH: Mick Conlan’s phenomenal head movement drill

Mick Conlan [3(3)-0] will be back in the ring this day three weeks time.

The Belfast feather fights on Friday September 22nd at the Tuscon Convention Centre in Arizona, on a big Top Rank card.

The card is headlined by a world title double header, with WBO super middleweight champion Gilberto Ramirez defending against Jessie Hart and WBO featherweight champ Oscar Valdez defending against Genesis Servania.

Conlan appears on the undercard in a six-round affair alongside Felix Verdejo, Alex Saucedo, and Lenny Zappavigna.

The Falls Road fighter is deep in camp with trainer Manny Robles in California, and Villainfy Media have posted a great video of the 2015 World Amateur champion practicing his head movement in The Rock Gym.
