WATCH: Mick Conlan’s fun power-punching drill
Mick Conlan [1(1)-0] is into the second week of his second professional camp at ‘The Rock Gym’ in Carson, California.
The Belfast super bantam debuted last month with a third round stoppage win of Tim Ibarra in what was a huge St Patrick’s Day occasion at The Theater at Madison Square Garden.
It was a first early night of, hopefully, many for Conlan, who is working hard building his power under Manny Robles.
One such drill was recorded this week which saw Conlan attempt to dislodge a big medicine ball from the tight grip of one of his team mates.
