WATCH: Mick Conlan training at ‘The Rock Gym’

Mick Conlan is settling in to life in California as he knuckles down ahead of his pro debut in two months time.

The 2015 World Amateur champion has relocated to ‘The Rock Gym’ in Carson, and will train under Manny Robles alongside the likes of WBO super bantamweight champion Jessie Magdaleno, WBO featherweight champion Óscar Valdez, and former Irish team mate Jason Quigley.

ALEET Boxing recently visited the West Coast gym and filmed Conlan on the pads, the floor-to-ceiling bag, and practicing his head movement.
