WATCH: Mick Conlan padwork with Manny Robles at ‘The Rock Gym’
Mick Conlan is currently preparing at ‘The Rock Gym’ in California under trainer Manny Robles for his massive debut date at the Theater at Madison Square Garden on St Patrick’s Day.
Recently he has been joined in LA by brother Jamie and Paddy Barnes and Tyrone McKenna as they prepare for their own fights in Belfast on February 18th.
A month into his relationship with Robles, the pair have gelled well, as can be seen from the impressive padwork in the video below.
