WATCH: Dylan Moran blitzes his way to first round stoppage

Waterford welterweight Dylan Moran [2(1)-0] scored something of a statement stoppage in his second pro fight last night.

The Kieran Farrell fighter was in action at the Middleton Arena, taking on tough Nicaraguan Geiboord Omier.

A scheduled four-rounder, Moran needed less than one.

The Kilmacthomas 22 year old tore into his opponent from the opening bell, ripping in countless bodyshots and pummelling Omier into submission, with the journeyman being stopped standing after two minutes and ten seconds.

It was the quickest any fighter had put away Omier [4(3)-20(5)-1] across his five stoppage losses.
