WATCH: Clips from Episode 1 of documentary on Frampton and the McGuigans
Tonight marks the start of the new boxing documentary ‘Fight Game: The McGuigans.’
The first of three thirty-minute parts airs on BBC 1 Northern Ireland at 10:40pm tonight (Wednesday May 17th).
The series follows the McGuigan family at Cyclone Promotions who run the careers of Irish boxers Carl Frampton and Conrad Cummings.
Episode 1 focuses on Frampton’s trip to New York last Summer where he defeated WBA featherweight champion Leo Santa Cruz in a twelve-round epic.

The fly-on-the-wall docuseries is produced by Ad Hoc Films, makers of ‘Night Of The Fight: Hatton’s Last Stand’ which aired on ITV, focusing on Ricky Hatton’s 2012 comeback.
