Video: Steve Collins versus ‘The Body Snatcher’ Mike McCallum

IRISH boxing legend Steve Collins fought eventual three weight World champion Mike McCallum in Boston back in 1990.

It’s rumoured, McCallum, who also fought Sean Mannion, said after the WBA light middleweight World title fight that he would never share the ring with an Irish fighter again.

Collins, who claimed legendary status with wins over Nigel Benn and Chris Eubank, has said he wasn’t at his best that night, but he did enough to scare ‘The Body Snatcher’ off Irish foes.
