Video: Paddy Barnes and Tyrone McCullagh trade blows sparring

Two notorious Irish boxing messers Paddy Barnes and Tyrone McCullagh got down to some serious boxing work in the ring this week.

Rio 2016 gold hopeful Barnes and recently turned over pro McCullagh returned to the Holy Family Gym and traded sparring blows.

McCullagh is mid preparation for his third pro fight, which takes place at the Europa Hotel on February 6 and you can’t get better sparring than a two time Olympic medal winner.
