VIDEO: GGG’s Manager: Lee and Golovkin would be a great unification fight

ANDY Lee joined Miguel Cotto, Gennady Golovkin and Jermain Taylor as a middleweight champion of the World with victory over Matt Korobov in Las Vegas on Saturday night.

Within minutes of buckling the belt around his waste the what and who is next brigade were in full voice. Billy Joe Saunders in mandatory, a rematch with Julio Cesar Chavez has been suggested, Cotto and Canelo have also been named dropped as has Matthew Macklin.

‘The most feared’ man in the division Golovkin was also muted and ‘GGG’s’ manager told IFL TV they would be open to the fight.

Lee has stated that he is open to all comers, but wants his first defence to take place in Ireland.
