Courtney Fry came into the dressing room to congratulate Tommy McCarthy after the Belfast man inflicted points defeat on the experienced fighter on the top of the Feile Fight Night Card on Saturday Night.

The experienced puncher was meet by Ireland’s boxing press and had to field a number of McCarthy related questions.

The 40 year old former British and Commonwealth title challenger certainly endorsed the six fight novice.

Indeed Fry backed the former Irish amateur International to go all the way.
