John Joe Nevin returned to the ring on Tuesday night and registered a comfortable win.

The Olympic silver medal stopped Mexican southpaw Victor Raul Capaceta at the home of baseball outfit Brooklyn Cyclones in Coney Island.

Nevin became the first man to stop Capaceta forcing him to retire on his stool between rounds three and four.

Fight fans have been clamouring to find footage of the fight.
