Unbeaten MMA fighter to join pro boxing ranks and debut on Sept 12
Decky ‘Diamond’ Dalton will trade the octagon for the ring and make his professional boxing debut in Belfast on September 12.

Dalton has amassed a 5-0 record as a featherweight in mixed martial arts, but has elected to change codes and will fight a yet to be confirmed boxing opponent in the Devinish next month.
Dalton has boxing experience having collected Antrim and Ulster underage titles, but veered toward MMA before returning to the noble art.
The Belfast fighter has joined Tyrone McKenna on the managerial books of former pro Mark Ginley and will trade leather on a Malta Boxing Commission show that includes Darren Corbett, Tommy Tolan, Joe Hillerby and a host of novice hopefuls.
