Ulster Hall card boosted by two additions
The big boxing card at the Ulster Hall this summer has been bolstered by the addition of two of Ireland’s hottest prospects.
It has been confirmed today that West Belfast light middleweight Caoimhin Agyarko [3(1)-0] and South Belfast welterweight Lewis Crocker [7(6)-0], former amateur clubmates with Holy Trinity BC, will both feature on the #MTKFightNight bill on Friday June 21st.
For Agyarko, it is a first pro fight at home. The Frank Warren-promoted puncher has had all his fights to date play out in London, most recently scoring a knockout victory over Martin Kabrhel in April.
For Crocker it is the second scheduled fight on his agenda, with the big puncher making his return to the ring this Friday night at the same venue.
‘The Croc’ fights game Londoner Jumanne Camero [7(2)-5(0)] over six rounds in what looks to be his most challenging pro assignment to date having been out of the ring since last August.
The card next month is topped by an all-Irish light welterweight clash between Tyrone McKenna and Darragh Foley while Newtownabbey light heavy Steven Ward takes on recent British title challenger Liam Conroy – with additional tough fights for Gary Cully and Paddy Gallagher.
