Big Sexy believes he is the Irish big man with the biggest profile

Con Sheehan [3(1)-0] may hold six Irish titles to his solitary one, but Sean Turner [8(6)-0] believes that he is the number one in Ireland’s biggest city.

While Sheehan is adored in his home-town of Clonmel, ‘Big Sexy’ feels that he is the man with the bigger profile.

The Dubliner has recently had to share the MGM spotlight with Tipperary’s Sheehan and his former High Performance Unit team mate and regular amateur foe has been making waves with a run a bouts in quick succession.

Along with Niall Kennedy [6(3)-0], there is now a battle for the Irish big man top spot, but Turner is adamant he isn’t just big in terms of sexy. He believes he is the main man in the biggest city in Ireland.

“The only time I hear Con mentioned in Dublin is when people ask me when am I going to knock him out,” the 25 year old told Irish-Boxing.com

“He is getting a run of fights since joining MGM and I am delighted for him. He is also getting talked about more, but I wouldn’t say he has more of a profile than me.”

“Ask anyone in Dublin about heavyweight boxing and they talk about Big Sexy.”
