Title rematch for Micheal McLaughlin Owen

Donegal welterweight Micheal McLaughlin will get another shot at Shakha Moore and the New England Welterweight title.

The American based 31 year old will challenge for the strap for a second successive fight on July 23rd Stateside.

McLaughlin fought for the same belt against the same opponent in March of this year, but the clash was ruled a no contest after a clash of heads opened up a cut on the Irish title hopeful.

McLaughlin (11-1-1) gets another chance to win a first career title next month and will be hoping to inflict defeat on fellow southpaw Moore.
