Spike O’Sullivan racks up another stoppage victory in America

Gary ‘Spike’ O’Sullivan racked up another TKO victory on Saturday night when he stopped  Colombian Milton Nunez at Madison Square Garden.

O’Sullivan, with the legendary Micky Ward in his corner  always looked in control and after dominating the first round,  dropped Nunez for an eight count in the second.

Nunez looked like he hadn’t recovered in the third and the referee waved him off after he came under a heavy barrage of punches from the ‘Murphys Boxing’ promoted fighter.

The result is O’Sullivan’s second TKO win within a month after an impressive win over Larry Smith in Boston last month.
