Shane Mosley Jr defeater confirmed for Quigley

Jason Quigley will be on the Adkins diet this weekend, hopeful of devouring Texan Marchristopher Adkins as he ends a busy 2015 this Friday night at the Hard Rock Casino, Las Vegas.

Dallas native Adkin (6-1), will be looking not only to become the first pro to defeat the Donegal Golden Boy, but the first to take the middleweight prospect the distance.

The 31 year old, however seems better placed than the eight that have gone before him to give the former Irish amateur stand out, who is making waves in California and across the States at present, a test.

Adkins comes into the bout on a run of five victories and has upset previous having out pointed Shane Mosley Jnr, in Arizona not too long after he also took Mike Tufariello’s unbeaten record.

Quigley will be confident of victory as he tries to maneuver into title contention, but on paper Adkins does look like a step up in class and provides him with the chance to make a mini statement.
