Saturday’s FAI Senior Cup clashes

Pike Rovers and Inchicore Athletic both exited stage left last night, but the amateur world will at the very least be able to celebrate having two teams in the FAI Senior Cup after today’s round of fixtures.

Saturday plays host to seven FAI Cup clashes six of which involve non league teams and by virtue of the fact two of those are all amateur clashes Round 2 is guaranteed to hold amateur interest.
