Quigley to fight former Korobov foe in American
JOSHUA Snyder has been confirmed as Jason Quigley’s sixth pro foe.
The American based Irish middleweight prospect will trade leather with the ‘Berlin Bomber’ at Fantasy Springs Casino, Indio, California on Thursday night.
The 35 year old American comes to the ring with nine victories nine wins from 21 fights and has shared the squared circle with the man Andy Lee stopped to become World champion, Matt Korobov as well as Galway native Simon O’Donell.
Golden Boy Quigley goes in the clash on the back of five impressive stoppage wins and has yet to be brought the distance as a pro. Considering Synder took Korobov to the score cards he represents a step up in class, but he has been stopped in his last two clashes so the Donegal fighter will be hopeful of continuing his KO streak.
