Quigley to top first bill in LA bout

GOLDEN Boy Jason Quigley will fight for the fourth time as a pro on March 6.

The 2013 European Gold and World Silver medalist will trade leather with a yet to be confirmed opponent at the Belasco Theatre in Los Angeles.

The 23-year-old Ballybofey man has fought at the MGM Grand, The Stub Centre and Memorial Hall, Plymouth, Massachusetts registering a stoppage win on each occasion.

His fourth fight looks set to be a Foxsport 1 broadcast bill topper as the Finn Valley ticking another box on the progression toward big fights and stardom.

Quigley’s management team Sheer Sports are confident that Quigley will be ’4 and 0′ on March 6.

“The momentum being built by Irish hitter Jason Quigley can’t be denied,” a statement said. “We are looking forward to kicking off the year with two of our outstanding talented fighters. Lopes will have people talking about him in no time and Quigley continues on his winning path.  Everything is going according to plan.”
