Phelan tops American Bill On Saturday night

KILDARE’S Allan Phelan will be looking to continue his career turn around when he takes to the ring in the Resort World Casino in Queens this Saturday night.

The New York based Irish puncher lost his opening to pro bouts but is looking to push his winning streak to seven since sorting out a shoulder injury.

The 23 year old former amateur of note takes on Angel Albelo at the top of the ‘International Fight Card’. Phelan would be confident of beating Albelo, but the southpaw has upset previous and has four wins and two draws from 13 fights.
