Paul Hyland Jr Contender not Pretender

Saturday 6th June 2015 may be DEE-DAY for many however Lagmore boxer Paul Hyland Jnr and his army of fans look to take another step up the British lightweight rankings,he currently stands at 24 in a very strong division.

The 24 year old West Belfast prospect has had an amazing 12 months since he made his professional debut in May 2014 racking up six straight victories against strong opponents culminating in an International Masters Title in the Andersonstown Leisure Centre in March.

“Hylo” as he is better known locally again will move up another notch in terms of opponent when he faces the highly ranked big punching Latvian Ivans Levickis W18 (14KO)18.

Levickis has took he scalp of several prospects and Hyland Jnr knows he will not be allowed any room for error when he steps in the ring with a dangerous puncher with a do or die attitude.

Hyland Jnr once again plays “Chief Support” this time to Irish Light Middleweight Champion Dee Walsh in a card stacked with talented fighters including: James Tennyson, James Fryers, Gerard Healy, Tyrone McKenna, Alan Donnellan & Darren Cruise who all face tests of their own on a stacked card.
