Opponent with Irish upset previous confirmed for Whitehouse
Radoslav Mitev will provide the opposition for Gerrard Whitehouse as he bids to push his record to 4-0 at the Red Cow on Friday night.
Mitev will be know to Irish fight fans from dust ups with the likes of Phil Sutcliffe Jr, Anthony Upton and Finbarr Eade.
Indeed the Bulgarian has registered one of his seven career wins on these shores, outpointing Micheal Harvey in just his second pro fight in Belfast back in 2011.
Mitev, who ‘Crank’ will expect to defeat, has also shared the ring with the likes of Tyrone Nurse and MGM’s Kofi Yates and is a veteran of 31 fights 22 of which he lost.
The Bulgarian light welterweight comes into the clash on the back of a points win overĀ Svetoslav Dimitrov.
