Opponent named for Hughie Fury’s next fight
It promises to be a busy November for Hughie Fury [16(8)-0] who has two bouts scheduled. This Saturday the cousin of former Irish champ Tyson fights in Bristol, before appearing on the undercard of his cousins massive World title tilt against Ukrainian heavyweight king Wladimir Klitschko in Duesseldorf on November 28th.
It was today confirmed that the young heavyweight will face former South American champ Emilio Ezequiel Zarate [18(9)-14(7)-3] on Saturday at the City Academy Sports Centre before his already-announced clash with Nicolai Firtha [21(8)-11(5)-1] in Germany.
The keep-busy fight with Argentinian Zarate will give 21 year old Fury the chance to get the rounds in in his third clash of 2015 following a spell out with illness.
Zarate won the South American title in 2013 at the second attempt following a loss in 2010 to recent Fury foe George Arias.
Another heavyweight cousin of Hughie, Young Fury, will also appear on the Channel 5-screened card.
