Opponent confirmed for Hogan’s return
Angel Hernandez will provide the opposition for Dennis Hogan as he returns to ring for the first time since his first career defeat.
‘The Hurricane’ goes into the fight off the back of a WBA Interim World title defeat suffered at the gloves of Jack Culcay in Germany.
The Kildare native, who fights out of Australia, has changed coach and claims this bout will serve as a clash were he can implement the new things he has worked on.
“Next Friday i am getting back in there after a bit of a lay of,” Hogan said on Social Media.
“This fight wont do anything for my world ranking but I wanted it to get in there and didn’t care who I had to fight. I am training in a new gym ,with a new coach so we wanted a fight so we can work with each other in a fight.”
The fight which takes place in Minnesota on Friday will be Hogan’s fourth in America and the 25 of his professional career.
