No gimme for Foley as he bids to return to winning ways
Darragh Foley doesn’t want an easy return after losing his unbeaten record last out and has agreed to fight a former Australian champion next September.
The Australian based Dub had his duck egg cracked by Joebert Delos Reyes in a tight title fight, but it seems doesn’t want to ease his way back to winning ways.
The 26 year old will take on Michael Mlacic on September 11 over eight rounds. Mlacic is a former Australian lightweight title holder and drew as he tried to become weight champ last time out.
Irish fighters Joe Rea and Conor Clancy will also appear on the card.
