No Dinner for Dee – Walsh OFF October 17th Europa show

‘Champions at the Europa’ has been hit with the withdrawal of Irish light middleweight champion Dee Walsh. ‘Waldo’ had intended to face Simone Lucas [8(1)-26(6)-4] at the Mark Dunlop-promoted dinner show in Belfast’s Europa Hotel next month.

Sadly though, the slick boxer has been forced to pull out of the October 17th date due to suffering an injury in training. The 25 year old has unfortunately injured his hand in training.

Champions at The Europa’ is headlined by lightweight Paul Hyland Jnr, along with Celtic super featherweight champion James Tennyson, James “The Future” Fryers,and 2014 Commonwealth Games silver medalist Joe “The Dragon” Fitzpatrick.
