Ninth Irish fighter confirmed for Burnett Belfast world title undercard

A ninth Irish fighter has been confirmed for the undercard of Ryan Burnett‘s world title challenge in Belfast next month.

The Belfast bantamweight takes on IBF champion Lee Haskins at the SSE Odyssey Arena on June 10th, and Matchroom are coming through with an Irish-heavy undercard.

The latest addition is Dublin super bantamweight Carl McDonald [1(0)-0].

The Jobstown fighter debuted in Belfast on a Mark Dunlop show last October, and it is through this link that he appears here.

This fight date however is dependent on McDonald coming through his Dublin debut at the end of this month on the May 27th ‘Celtic Clash 2

Featuring alongside McDonald on the Ryan Burnett v Lee Haskins undercard next month are Sean Magee, Feargal McCrory, Matt Wilton, Tyrone McCullagh, Paul Hyland Jr, James Tennyson, Padraig McCrory, and Paddy Gallagher.

Tickets for ‘Belfast Boy’ on June 10th at the SSE Odyssey Arena cost £30, £40, £60, £100, and £150 (VIP), and can be bought from the boxers involved or HERE.
