Roscommon stylist Darren Cruise at 25 looks to push on to bigger things on Saturday night at the Devenish Complex, Belfast 7th February on the Stand & Deliver Card.
Cruise certainly has had no easy ticket since turning professional in 2010 having faced two Irish Champions en route to a very respectable W5 L3 1NC in a stop start career that is now in “Cruise Control” since Joining MHD Promotions stable.
Darren will have hid 3rd fight in 4 months since hooking up with Mark Dunlop who has handed him step up tests in each fight against good quality journey men at Saturday night will be no different when he faces an in form Ian Jackson from Southampton who himself is coming of an away win.
“Cruise knows there are some big fights out there at Middleweight and Super Middleweight and wants to stay as active as possible until his chance comes along and he is willing to take his chance should the right opportunity arise. This is a quality not many fighters have these days” stated Mark Dunlop.
The bill is headlined by James Tennyson & Paul Hyland and includes Ciaran McVarnock, Tyrone McKenna, Alan Donnellan & Michael Mckinson.
