LISTEN: Explosive Extended Paulie Malignaggi interview on McGregor sparring
The ongoing storm around the sparring sessions of Dublin’s Conor McGregor and two-weight champ Paulie Malignaggi has taken over the Mayweather-McGregor build-up this past week.
Malignaggi departed the McGregor camp in Las Vegas last week after two spars, citing the publication of misleading and unflattering photos from the pairs sessions and later noting the arrogance and thriftiness of ‘The Notorious.’
Recently Malignaggi was interviewed at length by probably the biggest mixed martial arts journalist in the world in Ariel Helwani, appearing on Episode 394 of The MMA Hour.
During the hour-long interview, Malignaggi went into detail on their time together, the infamous push-down/knockdown photo as well as revealing a tense dressing room confrontation between the pair afterwards
