‘Liar Liar Pants on Fire’ Frampton hits back at Hearn?

Carl Frampton seems to have taken a swipe at Eddie Hearn after the Matchroom boss claimed that team Cyclone Promotions had turned down an improved offer for the Belfast man to fight Scott Quigg.

As explained HERE Hearn revealed – that after having a number of offers rebuffed by Team Frampton, who felt they were entitled to a 60-40 split – he returned with an improved offer recently.

The Matchroom boss and Scott Quigg promoter told IFL TV that offer was turned down and accused Team Frampton of running scared.

Cyclone have yet to respond to Hearn’s comments, but have continually stated they are open to the fight, but only if it reflects there fighters true value.

IBF World Champion Frampton has always expressed a belief he would stop the Bury fighter and is keen to do so.

He also took to Twitter today and seems to have belittled Hearns recent claims – the following tweet seems to be directed at the Matchroom head honcho.
