LEE: Quillin win will help me become known as best middleweight in the World
ANDY Lee is feeling invincible and doesn’t think there is a middleweight on the planet capable of beating him.
The WBO World champion puts his title on the line against the man who vacated before Christmas, Peter Quillin in New York on April 11 with some suggesting he has taken a risk for financial reward.
But the Limerick middleweight claims he feels unbeatable at present and is ready to beat Quillin before going on to become known as the greatest middleweight on the planet.
“I’m looking forward to returning to New York and defending my title against Quillin,” said Lee. “I’m at the peak of my powers now. I cannot see myself losing to anyone. I want to be recognized as the best middleweight in the world and beating Quillin will go some way to proving that.”
