James ‘The Future’ Fryers on May 2 revenge mission
Saturday 2nd May 2015 will go down in history as the biggest night of boxing in the modern era when Floyd Mayweather Jnr finally toes the line with his biggest rival Manny Pacquiao in what should be the biggest grossing fight in boxing history.
This event will be watched by millions worldwide, however a “Future” star in West Belfast’s James Fryers will be in action on the undercard of the big fight in the Lavey Centre, Maghera between Eamonn O’Kane & Lewis Taylor for the IBF Intercontinental Middleweight Title.
Fryers at (7-0) is out to seek revenge for his friend and stable mate Daniel “Insane” McShane when he faces a very strong Hungarian veteran in Zoltan Horvath.
Hovarth a 34 fight veteran who has only been stopped twice and recently ended the 9 fight unbeaten run of McShane who dislocated his shoulder when comfortably in front in the contest in the Andersonstown Leisure Centre on March 28th.
22 year old Fryers who is now ranked 11 in the British Super Featherweight division knows a good win on Saturday night will give him a top 10 ranking and cement himself as one of the leading prospects in the UK & Ireland.
