I don’t need the spot light to motivate me to perform says Creagh

Sean Creagh doesn’t need TV cameras to motivate him to put on a show.

The novice Dublin pro fights for only the third time as a pro and the first time on TV on February 6 and despite upgrading from the small hall to a televised stadium card he is adamant his approach will remain the same.

Every time I fight I am looking to put on a performance whether cameras are there or not you have to go out and get the win. In saying that I am delighted to be involved in such a big show hopefully the first of many,”Creagh told Irish-boxing.com.

Creagh, who has three wins to his name since turning over last year, is one of a number of Dublin fighters going to work on the first weekend in February and the Tallaght fighter has been benefiting from the abundance of sparring in the capital.

“It’s great so many have fights, it is great for sparing. I have been out with Pajo Hyland and Steven Ormond. Those  two  are at World level and I am learning of them. For my last fight was sparing Phil Sutcliffe so that is a wealth of experience and I am improving all the time.

“I just cant wait to fight now and show the improvements I have been making. I would also like to take the chance to thank my sponsors who are a great help Ktech Security, Tony’s Butchers, Dk Barbers and Sigma Nutrition.”
