FULL FIGHT: Phil Sutcliffe Jr v Chris Jenkins

Phil Sutcliffe Jr grabs the biggest win of his career last night in Belfast.

The Crumlin light welter outpointed Welshman Chris Jenkins over ten brutal, vicious, rounds at the Titanic Exhibition Centre on the Boxnation ‘Homecoming’ show.

‘Succo’ knocked his opponent down in the first and had great success in the early rounds. Jenkins would dominate the middle rounds, before a strong finish from Sutcliffe in what was a Fight of the Year contender.

An insanely close fight, the Dubliner was awarded the win on the referee’s scorecard by an ridiculously wide margin of 98:93.
