Belfast super featherweight Ciaran McVarnock [3(0)-0] has been confirmed as the first fighter to appear on the undercard of ‘The Showdown at Thomond’ on September 19th.
The Manchester-based 23 year old broke the news today on Twitter and will hopefully be the first of many exciting Irish fighters to appear on the stadium bill.
While this is a brilliant opportunity for ‘Bunty,’ his immediate focus will be on his fourth professional fight on July 25th in Cheshire as part of the ‘A Nightmare in Ellesmere’ card.
