First Fighter Confirmed for ‘Danger at The Devenish 3’

The first fighter has been confirmed for the next Ginley Promotions show.

The Belfast outfit run their first show of 2018 on Saturday February 10th at The Devenish Complex on the Finaghy Road and super middleweight Pádraig McCrory [2(1)-0] has been announced for the bill.

‘The Hammer’ featured on the previou Ginley show in December where he scored an impressive second round stoppage over Michael Mora.

It’s a quick return to action for McCrory after numerous delays stalled his second pro appearance.

The well-supported St James fighter is a potential entrant into Ireland’s Last Man Standing three weeks afterwards, so this confirmed bout may end up acting as the perfect warm-up for the 29 year old.

McCrory said that “it’s great to get out again because I had a few dates cancelled last year and it’s good to be kept busy. This will be my second date in the space of just over two months, so that’s great because I want to stay active.”

“I took a good 10 days off around Christmas before I started my full camp about a week ago, but I’m still fit from my last fight, so I’m nearly ready to go and I can’t wait to fight again.”

An opponent for McCrory will be confirmed shortly.

Tickets for ‘Danger at The Devenish 3’ are priced at £35 (general) and £65 (ringside) and are available from the fighters involved or Ginley Promotions (Phone: +447803799537).
