Exciting prospect Cacace latest and last fighter added to Frampton Martinez II bill

ANTHONY Cacace will start the latest and likely the most successful chapter of his career in Belfast on Friday September 6.

Cacace has been viewed as one to watch for a number of years, but wasn’t always the easiest to pick up on the radar. Indeed after a successful amateur career the former Irish International took his time turning over. Once he turned pro he excited again and racked up eight straight victories. However the former Irish champion hasn’t been seen since last October.

News the former Irish Prospect of the Year winner has been training with Shane McGuigan re ignited an interest in the exotically named much respected fighter and Irish fight fans will be delighted to hear Cacace will return on the massive Titanic Showdown Frampton v Martinez II card on September 6.

Cacace is due to face Poland’s Dawid Knade over four rounds, but fight fans will be more interested to see how far the Belfast puncher can go with regular fights and under the tutelage of hard work advocate Shane McGuigan.
