Enter the European Shadowboxing Challenge

The starting date for entries for the European Shadowing Challange is today (May 11).

The deadline for the unique competition, which has been approved by the President of the European Boxing Confederation, Franco Falcinelli, is May 31.

Mr. Boris Van der Vorst recommends European Shadowboxing Challenge through social media

Boxers have three weeks to post their shadowboxing techniques through their social media pages at Instagram and Facebook.

The recommendations for the European Shadowboxing Challenge arrived from the President of the Netherlands Boxing Federation Mr Boris Van der Vorst.

Competitors can make 15-30-second videos combining their attacking and defensive techniques.

These videos shall be uploaded to the Instagram and Facebook pages of the participants who must add their videos with several hashtags and mark their countries: #EUBC #AIBA #NF #ShadowBoxingChallenge #ShadowBoxing #PunchChallenge #EUBCevent #EUBCchallenge.

The European Boxing Confederation and a jury will decide the champions in three different categories – elite, youth and veteran – after May 31.

The new project of the European Boxing Confederation is to inspire the boxing family and their families to be active during the Covid-19 pandemic.
