Cummings looking to impress Belfast fight fans, McGuigan claims he will be fan favourite

CONRAD Cummings is looking forward showing Belfast fight fans what he can do.

The exciting Cyclone Promotions middleweight  make his home debut in front of the Odyssey Arena crowd on the ‘This is Belfast fight’ night.

The Coalisland prospect won’t just be looking to build on last month’s York Hall debut win over Andrejs Loginovs, but also hopes to endear himself to the Belfast faithful.

“I am adapting to the pros more and more each day. I am improving in the gym, sparring a lot and trying new things out,” Cumming said at Tuesday press conference.

” I am looking forward to my first professional fight at home and my first six rounder. There is always a fantastic crowd at Frampton fights and I want to build my fan base on shows like these.”

Impressing the knowledgeable Belfast public won’t be a problem for the Shane Mcguigan trained puncher, claims his mentor and Irish boxing legend Barry McGuigan.

“I am so excited for Conrad as I believe he will become an instant crowd favourite with his all-action style, pressuring his opponents and letting his shots go. He is a talented and tough kid who I believe can go very far in this sport.・
