Conor McGregor (sort of) responds to Peter McDonagh call-out

Irish MMA superstar Conor McGregor has flirted recently with the idea of moving into boxing, taking out a licence in California and talking up a fight with five weight champion Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Many in boxing take issue with this, believing the former Crumlin amateur to be unworthy of a fight with the future first-ballot Hall of Famer. One of these people is three weight Irish champion Peter McDonagh [27(3)-28(2)] who has called for a fight with the UFC champion on numerous occasions.

McDonagh has received no reply from ‘The Notorious,’ however his call-out was recognised by top McGregor impersonator Al Foran in a video recently.

The funny clip was shot to help publicise Dubliner Declan Geraghty’s upcoming Irish super featherweight title fight with James Tennyson at the Waterfront Hall in Belfast on Saturday March 10th
