‘Cheeky f@#kers’ Warrington responds to Frampton fan jibes

He may have called them cheeky f@#kers but Josh Warrington has the upset respect for Belfast fight fans and is looking forward to fighting infront on them on December 22.

With Belfast or Leeds not holding a venue big enough for a bout between two massively popular ticket sellers the bout heads to Manchester.

Warrington still expects a sensational atmosphere predicting two of the best set of fans in the world will play their part in what he believes will be the Fight of the Year.

Warrington, a Belfast fight night regular, did take jovial expection to questions raised by ‘The Jackal Army’ with regard to the suit he wore to the former two weight world champions stoppage win over Luke Jackson in August, but still label them one of the best set of fans in the world.

“Twenty tow thousand it’s going to be a hell of a crowd,” Warrington said at the London press conference.

“I have been over to Belfast and seen Carl’s fans. They are very passionate they love their boxing, they show alot of respect even though they slagged my suit of when I got in the ring the last time. It wasn’t from Tesco cheeky fuckers. It’s going to be a good night. This is going to be the best fight of the year without a doubt. You have two hungry fighters trying to find out who is the best. There is no bullshit or fake beef… Not only that you are going to have a hell of an atmosphere. Carl’s fans are some of the best in the world and I believe my fans are aswell.”
