Change made to upcoming ‘A New Era’ card

There has been a change made to the upcoming ‘A New Era‘ show in Belfast next month.

The Saturday April 22nd fight night takes place at the Devenish Complex on the Finaghy Road and is the first Irish offering from young Manchester promoter and former Breen Team boxer Kieran Farrell.

Returning light heavyweight Joe Hillerby [11(3)-3(2)] will no longer make his return on the card, being forced off due to administrative issues.

In his place steps in lightweight Mark Morris [2(1)-1(1)], another one of Farrell’s new Belfast signings.

It is a return to action for ‘The Reaper’ over two years after his previous fight, a Celtic Nations title loss to James Fryers.

The card, headlined by an eight round fight between Tyrone’s Feargal McCrory and Scouser Jay Carney, also features Joe Fitzpatrick, Sean McGlinchey, Sean Magee, Dan McShane, Ger Healy, and Mathew Fitzsimons.
