Celtic Clash X confirmed
The popular Celtic Clash series has had its tenth instalment announced.
It has been confirmed this evening that the Boxing Ireland Promotions venture will return to the Devenish Complex in Belfast on Saturday February 1st 2020.
A third consecutive bill in the Titanic City, this edition will be headlined by Kildare’s Irish featherweight champion Eric Donovan who will take on Spaniard Cristian Montilla.
ANNOUNCEMENT: we’ve made it to 10. Been some task keeping the Celtic Clash train on the rails but we are delighted to officially announce that we are going back to @TheDevenish on Belfast again on Feb 1 for @CelticClash X.

Interestingly, BUI Celtic lightweight champion Joe Fitzpatrick has been confirmed for the card.
Headliner of the last two shows in the series, it has been heavily hinted that ‘The Dragon’ will face Naas puncher Gary Cully for the Irish title on February 1st.
However, Cully is slated to appear on the show across town, meaning that something would have to give if the battle of the top southpaw prospects is to take place in nine weeks time.
Seemingly responding to the news, Cully was not impressed.

Further undercard fights are yet to be announced for Celtic Clash 10 but it can be assumed that the bill will be filled with fighters from the Boxing Ireland stable and plenty of all-Irish match-ups
