Bouts for Sweeney and Duddy

Michael Sweeney looks set to be busy ahead of Christmas, with two contests in the pipeline.
In addition to an appearance on Paschal Collins Neptune Stadium card on Friday, Mayoman Sweeney has also pencilled in a slot on the undercard of Cristobal Cruzs IBF featherweight title defence against Ricardo Castillo in Mexico on December 19.
Meanwhile, Derry middleweight John Duddy is slated for a January 23 clash on a Top Rank show at Madison Square Garden. Duddys manager Craig Hamilton told irish-boxing.com that an opponent has yet to be confirmed. However, boxrec have Juan Astorga (14-3-1) listed as Duddys foe.
