Booth: If it doesn’t happen in the ring, Lee Vs Macklin will happen in a car park
The Andy Lee versus Matthew Macklin fight that everyone wants to see will “inevitably happen” according to Lee’s trainer Adam Booth.
Speaking to IFL TV at the recent Prizefighter event in London, Booth said “I’m sure its a fight that will inevitably happen. As Andy Lee says, if it doesn’t happen in a ring it will happen in a car park”.
“But Andy Lee’s career as far as I’m concerned is much more than a fight with Matthew Macklin”.
Lee’s next fight will be at Light Middleweight and Booth claims that he is two fight’s away from a possible World Title fight in that weight division.
