Belfast Flyweight curse hits Conlon

The curse of the Belfast Fly’s struck Jamie Conlon during the week.
Days after Luke Wilton’s Flyweight English title fight was cancelled Conlon received the news his fight with Paul Edwards was called off after David Price had to pull out of his fight with Big John McDermott.
The John Breen trained fighter, who like Wilton has suffered numerous cancelations and false dawns, was hoping a win would finally secure him a British Title shot, but will have to delay his Lord of the Fly ambitions.
